After nearly 14 years on the air, NCIS: Los Angeles is officially saying goodbye. CBS confirmed that the long-running spinoff will end with Season 14, with the series finale airing May 14.
Premiering in 2009, the show expanded the NCIS universe beyond Washington, D.C., following Special Agent G. Callen and the elite Office of Special Projects as they handled high-risk cases connected to the U.S. military.
CBS Entertainment President Amy Reisenbach praised the cast and crew for their remarkable run, promising fans a meaningful and well-deserved sendoff.
The decision comes during a milestone chapter for the franchise, which recently featured a major crossover with NCIS: Hawai‘i ahead of its 20th anniversary. Though the farewell is bittersweet, NCIS: Los Angeles bows out on a high note — honoring its legacy with returning favorites, bold storylines, and a final season crafted to celebrate everything fans loved about the series.
