NCIS Hits Major Milestone as Wilmer Valderrama Celebrates Big Season 24 News
NCIS has reached a major milestone, and Wilmer Valderrama is celebrating right along with fans.
The long-running CBS series, which premiered in 2003, has officially been renewed for Season 24, the network confirmed on January 22. Alongside it, CBS also renewed NCIS: Sydney for Season 4 and NCIS: Origins for Season 3, showing the franchise is still going strong.
Valderrama, who plays Special Agent Nick Torres, shared his excitement on Instagram after the cast received the news.
“We’ll be back for a Season 24!!! 🎉” he wrote, posting a video of the cast reacting to the renewal. He also reminded fans that new episodes are coming soon:
“NCIS returns March 3 at 8PM ET/PT on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.”
Fans quickly filled the comments with excitement, calling the renewal “the best news” and celebrating another season of the beloved show.
The announcement comes shortly after viewers learned that Season 23’s midseason return was delayed by a week due to the State of the Union address. However, the confirmed future of NCIS has eased the wait for fans.
After more than two decades on air, the series continues to show no signs of slowing down, with Season 24 promising more investigations, drama, and team moments ahead.
